Booking & Treatment Policy

1. Booking Deposits

A $20 non-refundable deposit may be required to secure all appointments booked online. If you cancel or

reschedule at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be refunded or

transferred to a new appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 2 hours prior will

result in the deposit being forfeited.

2. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time. If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other

clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

3. Age Requirement

This business is strictly for clients aged 25 years and over. Proof of age may be requested. Failure to meet

the age requirement will result in cancellation of the service and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Studio Privacy & Confidentiality

The studio address is provided only after a confirmed booking and must not be shared with anyone,

publicly or privately, without written consent. Privacy is paramount; all client information, treatment notes

and contact details are kept strictly confidential.

5. Personal Conduct

Disrespectful, inappropriate or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. The therapist may terminate the

session immediately without refund if boundaries are breached. Phones and cameras must be switched off

and put away for the duration of the treatment. Recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.
